At An Oasis of Peace 2 AFH LLC, we are committed to providing a comfortable and well-equipped environment to meet the unique needs of every resident. Each room includes a mounted television for comfort and entertainment. Our home is also equipped with hospital beds, an electric Hoyer lift, an electric sit-to-stand lift, and a tilt-in-space shower chair to ensure safe and supportive mobility and personal care for our residents. These resources help us provide compassionate care while maintaining the dignity, safety, and comfort of those we serve.
Every Resident's care is personalized to meet their care needs.
Provider works with PCP to make sure all specialities needed are met for each Resident.
Provider seeks all resources from different care team members to ensure our Residents comfort and needs are met.
Our home features 4 private rooms and 1 shared room, we have 4 beds that are open.
Provider had more than 10yrs experience from SNF, ALF, Home Care, Home Health, Hospital, Hospice prior to starting her own AFH in 2020.
