We have a warm, loving and caring approach. We built our home to be specifically designed to take care of your loved ones. Second generation adult family home owners.
Both my wife Adina and I (Dan) live on site and we run the home.
We also have 2 full time live in caregivers that work day shift 5 days a week. Plus an awake live in night shift. Plus two more wonderful caregivers that work 2 days out of the week to give time off for the full timers. And we, the providers also are involved in the care and care management.
Since we live on site we can attend to an issue quickly.
Having 2 caregivers (plus 2 providers) for a maximum of 6 residents is amazing!
The care is custom to what each person needs. We take in people that need 24/hr care or supervision to end of live care /hospice care. And everything in between. That means a person can age in place and not need to move if their health detiriorates.
The Home is beautiful and spacious. Large private master bedroom sized rooms. All with private half baths.
Daily rate is $300-$485 depending on the level of care.
That's $9,000 - $14,550 per month. There is a 5 year spend down before converting to medicaid.
